Eat, Drink and be Spooky at the Mitchell Halloween Neighborhood Night! Starting at 5:00pm Downtown Mitchell, OR will be crawling with activities for all ages of tricker treaters. - The Little Pine Lodge and Souvenir Shop will be hosting a chili feed and hot chocolate station. They'll also have caramel apples for sale. - Tiger Town will be hosting the Costume Contest and apple bobbing. - Judy's Place will be hosting the apple cider station. Meet downtown for the haunted hay rides, a hay stacking contest, and face painting. Don't miss out on the Coffin Races! They'll start in front of the Wheeler County Trading Co.
