About

I grew up in Gilliam County.  It wasn't until I left, explored the country and came home that I grew to appreciate the beauty of the territory I grew up in. Having been a physical therapist since 2015, I found there was a deep connection between the mind and body.  It became apparent patients found it easier to work on the body while neglecting the mind.  I realized that if my patients were experiencing this, others probably were too. I decided to create a product that allowed a safe space for those to take a deeper dive into the "invisible" side of health. I wanted to create a blank sheet, with prompts when writers felt stuck and pictures to remind us that beauty is all around us.
