I learned to sew while involved in 4-H “in the valley” during the ‘60’s and 70’s. 

I recently moved to Spray mid-pandemic after a 12 years stay in rural Ohio. 

I affirmed my true nature while living in the county. We lived amongst and were responsible for all creatures animate and inanimate who resided there. 

I formally began my business after attending a Reinventing Rural boot camp last fall. 

I make whimsical pillows that focus on animals that I have known and loved. 

My first pillow featured a goat, my husband and I had rescued 4 goats from an unhealthy situation while living in Ohio. Needless to say we fell in love with these hilarious creatures. 

I use fabrics that I have gathered over many years, some but not all are post consumer fabrics. 

I am always exploring new techniques, some are successful others not. 

Needless to say, I love what I am doing and hope that my pillows bring joy to those who invite them into their homes.
